하드웨어를 가지고 뭐를 만들거나 옛날 제품을 사용해 보려고 할 때 케이블이 없거나 망가진 경우가 종종 발생한다.
제조사에 문의하면 혹시 구할 수 있을지 몰라도 가격이 싸지 않은 경우도 많기 때문에 그럴때는 직접 제작할 수 있으면 좋을텐데...라고 생각하게 되는데 그 경우 어느 핀을 어디에 연결해야 하는지 정보가 필요하다.
현재 사용되고 있는 대부분 케이블들의 pinout을 정리해 놓은 사이트로 임베디드 개발자들에게 레퍼런스 사이트로 북마크 해 놓으면 좋을 것이다.
